From Lewistown/St. College:
Take 322 East to the Mifflintown Exit. Take Route 35 North to McAlisterville.

From the PA Turnpike:
Take the Fort Louden Exit and take 75 North to Route 35 North to McAlisterville.

From Selinsgrove:
Take Route 35 South to McAlisterville.
